I think my memories are solid until I go back and wish I had added so much more!
and then I am grateful for every word and feeling that is on a page. I do a gratitude journal now with daily notes

I had moved to Chandler Arizona and my sweet former mother in law gave me a journal. It was 1977. I have filled several journals over the past 40 + years. I have found I am not detailed enough. Nor am I consistent enough. But, I do it and even haphazardly though it is —- I treasure the memories.
